HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We encourage you to reserve your appointments directly with your stylist. You can do this by heading over to the GURU gang page and find the stylist you would like to book with. From there, you should be able to book directly through the website, or their profile will link you to their individual contact.

 

If you are unsure of which stylist you would like to book with, feel free to call the salon at (951) 719-1015 and we can get you scheduled with the next available stylist.

 

WHAT IS THE SALON CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your appointments are very important to us here at GURU, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked 6+ weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount at the time of your next appointment.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount upon request of new appointment and must be paid in full prior to booking a new appointment.

WHAT IS THE SALON REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds of any kind. *See our Redo Policies if your are dissatisfied with your results.

WHAT IS THE SALON REDO POLICY?

Here at GURU, our stylists independently manage their own clientele, therefore, all questions and concerns must be brought to their attention directly. We want you to be 100% happy with your hair; if for whatever reason you are dissatisfied, all efforts will be made to rectify it. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your hair appointment.

*This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind” or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to correct any error in quality.

WHAT IS THE SALON TARDINESS POLICY?

If your are running 15 minutes or less late to your apt please call ahead. If you arrive beyond 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

In the case of having to forfeit your appointment, you will thus be considered a last minute cancellation. *Please see cancellation policy. 

DOES THE SALON REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Many of our stylists do require a deposit for New Client Services. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards the total of your appointment. If you choose to not show up to your appointment, this deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to hold your new spot.
